Who is teaching?
We are a collective of newly graduated teachers from Synergy Yoga Teacher Training, excited to share what we’ve learned! To see who is teaching a specific class, check out our Schedule.
What should I bring?
Bring your own mat and water bottle. Blankets, straps, and blocks are optional. If you are used to Hot Yoga, wear layers as the studio is room temperature.
What is parking like?
Pretty easy. Please come early if it’s your first time. There's a parking lot next to the adjacent church, plus additional street parking nearby.
What level and style of yoga?
Classes vary by teacher and may be Hatha, Vinyasa, or Yin. Some may include philosophy, chanting, breathwork, and meditation. All levels are welcome.
Is there an age limit?
Classes are best suited for those 16 and older.
How do you honor the roots of yoga?
We are committed to continuing our education, practicing with integrity, and sharing yoga in a way that respects its South Asian origins while making it accessible to our community.
